The personal was kind and helpful, and the room was clean too! I needed a taxi to the airport, they helped and made a reservation for a taxi to the airport in the morning.

The room was big and clean, the bed was very large and confortable. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed as well.

Good for a short stay, especially if you don’t have many demands. The room was overall great and the bathroom well equipped. Nice and helpful staff.

Breakfast wasnt included but i paid for it as it was a good variety and it had a good selection of gluten free products which is important to me as it is hard to find in italy

The location was easy to get to the centre. Easy access to buses and the tube within walking distance. The area was quiet.

The hotel is in a good location just outside the centre of Milan with proximity (15 - 20 walk) to train and metro services, with appropriate bus connections as well. The service and the staff are excellent and reasonably priced for such a city as Milan

We had a problem with our window (didn't close) and they changed our room without problems.

The room was clean and quite, we were provided with towels, toiletries and extra blanket. The location is good, you can get from city center in 15 minutes using public transportation. The receptionist is nice and helpful. Photos were taken before checkout.
